After waiting for over an year and a half, finally the most-anticipated film Gabbar Singh 2 has been confirmed putting speculations of project being shelved to the rest. After lot of dilly dallying and director Sampath Nandi walked out of the project, the film will now be directed by Bobby who made his debut with Ravi Teja’s Power. The movie is all set to go onto floors from December and the makers are planning for 2016 release.
An official statement from Pawan Kalyan’s office confirmed the latest development. It stated, “Pawan Kalyan has been working on this script much before his political foray. The project was first announced with Sampath Nandi as the Director but as there was a delay in the start of the project due to politics and other reasons Sampath moved on to produce a film in his own banner and now to direct another project.”
